  • A minimum order value may apply for delivery orders.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include any applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time and address.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand, traffic, or other factors.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish may be present. Please contact us before ordering if you have any dietary restrictions or severe allergies. We cannot guarantee that our food is free from any allergen.
