Refund & Returns Policy

We want every order to be exactly what you expected. If something is wrong, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
1. Food Orders
Due to the perishable nature of food, we are unable to accept returns of food items once they have been collected or delivered. However, if:
- Your order was incorrect (wrong items or missing items)
- The food was damaged, spoiled, or not as described
- Your order was not delivered or was significantly delayed without notice
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@mamateetastykitchen.co.uk with a description and, where possible, a photo. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
2. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it enters preparation. Once preparation has begun, we are unable to offer a refund as ingredients and time are committed.
To cancel, contact us immediately via our contact page or by phone.
3. Catering Bookings
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.
- 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund, as supplies and staffing will have been arranged.
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@mamateetastykitchen.co.uk.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
